We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager who can create engaging, informative content related to fertility, IVF, and women’s health. This is a Sales and Marketing Manager opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Doctor Outreach and Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with gynecologists, obstetricians, and general practitioners. Provide information about Femcare Fertility’s services and facilities to referring doctors. Regularly visit clinics and hospitals to strengthen professional ties. Event and Camp Organization: Planned and executed medical camps, awareness programs, and community health events. Coordinate logistics, marketing, and execution of events to ensure smooth operation. Collaborate with local organizations, NGOs, and societies for partnerships. Sales and Patient Coordination: Act as a point of contact for patients referred by doctors, ensuring a seamless journey from consultation to treatment. Address patient inquiries and promote services to prospective clients. Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor competitors and trends in the healthcare industry. Provide regular feedback and reports on outreach and event outcomes. Brand Promotion: Represent Femcare Fertility at medical conferences, expos, and community gatherings. Support digital and offline marketing campaigns by providing local insights. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, particularly in the healthcare or fertility industry Strong skills in Digital Marketing, including campaign management and online advertising Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with healthcare professionals and clients Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and adjust strategies accordingly Experience in managing and leading a sales team Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus Perks: • Opportunity to contribute to a leading IVF brand. • Competitive compensation per article/project.
