The rapid evolution of mobility demands cutting-edge advancements in powertrain solutions. At the International Conference on Advanced Powertrains for Mobility & Power Generation Applications, co-chaired by Bosch and the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), experts from BGSW joined industry leaders to explore the future of electrification, hydrogen internal combustion engines, and sustainable mobility. Key discussions revolved around: 🍃The transformative role of hydrogen ICE and flex-fuel technologies in enabling cleaner propulsion solutions. ⚡The future of electric motors, where innovations in thermal management, winding technology, and rotor design will define efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 🌏The readiness of global and Indian markets for electrification (EV & HFCEV)—balancing technology, infrastructure, and policy. 📈The path for Tier 2 and 3 suppliers to scale their capabilities, ensuring a balance between German-level quality and quick industrialization & cost efficiency. BGSW recently hosted ‘Vision AI’, a Digital and AI Day for Corporate, that showcased our growing digital capabilities and reaffirmed our commitment to becoming an AI-first organization. Held at our corporate office in Bangalore, the event brought together over 350+ attendees—including BGSW associates, industry leaders, business unit representatives, and partners. The day aimed to spotlight how AI and digital technologies are transforming enterprises—not just through innovation and efficiency, but by empowering people, enabling better decisions, and unlocking sustainable growth. We were honored to host Vishal Dhupar, Managing Director, India & South Asia at NVIDIA, who shared valuable insights into how enterprises can evolve into “AI-native” organizations. His session emphasized the importance of robust data foundations, scalable AI architectures, and an innovation-driven culture. He also reinforced the need for ethical and responsible AI deployment—highlighting transparency, governance, and trust as critical enablers. It concluded with the recognition of 12 winning teams who developed innovative, real-world AI solutions—underscoring our belief in grassroots creativity and technical excellence. 🛝 🌈Enabling accessible play areas for the community through ‘Namma Special Park’ BGSW CSR in collaboration with Residents Awareness Association of Coimbatore - RAAC, proudly unveiled the ‘Namma Special Park’ in Coimbatore, India- a first-of-its-kind play area in the city, designed and developed to address the need for safe and engaging play areas for children, including those with special needs. Spread across one acre of land provided by Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation (CCMC), the park features: 🔹 5 inclusive zones (from sensory paths to a Zen garden) 🔹 Accessible Play equipment & sensory installations 🔹 Inspiring murals, interactive walls & spaces for skill-building BGSW #CSR spearheaded the initiative with strong support and insights from accessibility experts, therapists, parents, and NGOs – ensuring the park provides an environment where children of all abilities can play, explore, and learn joyfully.
