With extensive experience in the dairy and food ingredients industry, Niall joins us from IRCA Group and previously held senior roles at Kerry and Procter & Gamble.   Niall will play a critical role in the implementation of our added-value strategy Foundations for a Better Future while ensuring operational excellence across our processing footprint.   His expertise in operations, strategy, and commercial leadership will be key as we continue to drive value-added growth and maximise returns for our 3,200 farm families. Flying to the rescue in Northern Ireland 🚁 The health, safety, and wellbeing of our farmers and our people are at the heart of everything we do at Lakeland Dairies.    Conscious of the risks that come with working in agriculture and farming, we are proud to have supported an important rapid response charity in Northern Ireland (NI).    Air Ambulance NI has been providing a truly lifesaving service to the people of Northern Ireland since 2017. On average, they respond to a farm-related incident every week — proving just how vital this life-saving service is to rural communities.    That’s why we’re incredibly proud to have presented a cheque for £1,920 to Air Ambulance NI following a fundraising campaign by Lakeland Dairies Ballyrashane in NI matched by the organisation. We hope that this will help the Air Ambulance continue their critical work in providing emergency medical care when and where it’s needed most.    A huge thank you to our farmers, staff, and everyone who contributed to this fundraising effort.
