These award-winning products are distributed throughout our network of stockists nationwide. Last year, we embarked on the Lean for Micro Programme with the support of our Local Enterprise Office in Carlow. One of the key areas identified for improvement was our Order Picking Process in the warehouse. After exploring off-the-shelf solutions and finding none that met our needs, we partnered with ADC Barcode Ltd and Brian O'Brien at DotNet Solutions to develop a bespoke system tailored to our operations. We’re thrilled to share that the new system went live on the first day back after Christmas, and the positive impact has been immediate. To say our warehouse team is delighted would be an understatement! A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this project a success.
