Project Check In: Connaught Grove Phase 2 📍 Works are progressing well as we are now almost 40% through the programme. The thermal raft foundations and ring beams have been successfully completed, marking a major milestone in the development. We’ve now shifted our focus to drainage, upfill, and the timber frame construction for the 47 homes which consists of a mix of 22 three-bed units and 25 two-bed units. #wearecunningham #Residential #Construction #Contractor
