About us
Ballymaloe Relish is an old favourite recipe from the restaurant Ballymaloe House. A delicate balance of tomatoes and gentle spices, it is wonderfully versatile and livens up the simplest of meals. Ballymaloe products are made from only the finest ingredients, carefully chosen and prepared in a traditional way. Our original relish is now available throughout the UK and Australia. Ballymaloe Foods now produce a range of over 18 products including pasta sauces, pickled Irish beetroot, mayonnaise, roasting sauces and salad dressings.

🔥Bring Heat to the Irish Summer with Ballymaloe’s Fiery Relish 🔥 On Thursday we had the opportunity to present our summer marketing strategy inspired by Ballymaloe’s Fiery Relish as part of our International Food Branding and Digital Media Marketing module. 🗣️ Thanks to Dr Lana R. for the guidance throughout the module and to Prof. Joe Bogue for the feedback on our pitch. 👏🏻 It was a great opportunity to develop our practical skills when it comes to delivering a marketing pitch. It’s not hard to be inspired when using an iconic Irish brand like Ballymaloe Foods 🌟 Cork University Business School Caoimhe Forde Chloe Quinlan Fíadh Lucey
