The record-breaking rainstorm in #HongKong in 2023 evidenced that severe climate weather is no longer an anomaly. #Link has been enhancing our climate resilience to ensure the safety of our visitors. This proactive approach not only safeguards our properties, but also brings financial advantages. Link has co-published a white paper alongside AXA Hong Kong and Macau and Marsh to highlight how #realestate climate resilience can be linked to insurance terms and present unique opportunities. In a cross-industry workshop to delve into this paper, Link’s Managing Director of Sustainability and Risk Governance, Calvin Lee Kwan, DEnv, JD elaborated on how our resilient-first strategy resulted in an 11.7% reduction in property insurance premiums and a potential 7.5% premium reduction tied to our loss ratio, creating a direct financial incentive for long-term climate adaptation. https://bit.ly/3DSuyRs Edward Farrelly Chelsea Jiang Jingwei Jia Tsun K. In today’s rapidly evolving work landscape, shaped by #AI and digital transformation, “adaptability” and “continuous learning” have become essential traits for NextGen leaders. Link Group CEO George Hongchoy shared his perspective on these critical skills at the CoOP@CUHK Annual Ceremony 2025. George highlighted his belief that work should be a fulfilling, purpose-driven journey. He discussed Link's commitment to fostering a lifelong learning environment and innovation for its talent, through initiatives such as a competency-based curriculum, AI literacy programmes and ESG training modules etc. At the event, we were also delighted to meet some Link University Scholarship scholars. These trailblazers, the first in their families to attend university in #HongKong, demonstrated a community-driven mindset and a passion for sharing knowledge with their peers through our scholarship support. We are proud to be part of their growth journey and look forward to empowering more young talents in the future. The Chinese University of Hong Kong

What are ‘soft meals’ and why do they matter? As life expectancy in Hong Kong and many societies continues to increase, it is important that restaurants expand their options to be inclusive of those who are not easily able to swallow regular meals. With this in mind, #Link and #Fairwood jointly hosted the "Fairwood X Link Soft Meal Activation Ceremony" at Kai Tin Shopping Centre, unveiling a series of collaborative initiatives to promote the wider adoption of soft meals and foster social inclusion through Link's extensive network. The event was attended by guests from various sectors of society, including Mr Warner Cheuk Wing Hing GBS, JP, HKSAR Government’s Deputy Chief Secretary for Administration; Mr Francis Lo, Fairwood’s Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer; Mr Gary Fok, Link’s Managing Director - Leasing (HK); Ms Katherine Lo, Link’s Director - Asset Management (HK); Mr Hoi Wai Chua JP, Chief Executive of the The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) 香港社會服務聯會 (社聯); Mr Tang Ho Wah, Representative of the University of Hong Kong Swallowing Research Laboratory; and Mr Ng Kin-man, First Convenor of the Caregiver Accessibility Platform. Starting from March, individuals in need can enjoy "Ah Wood Soft Meals" at all Fairwood outlets within Link’s network and access free professional services at "Mobile Swallowing Assessment Booths" across Link’s malls over the next 23 weeks. Additionally, Fairwood and Link will donate 2,000 boxes of "Ah Wood Soft Meals" to 16 beneficiary organisations, allowing more underprivileged individuals to enjoy the meals at no cost. To further promote the adoption of soft meals, Link will distribute 50,000 "Soft Meal $5 off e-coupons" through the Link Up app. #softmeal
