SYNERAIL, filiale de VINCI Concessions (70%) et de SFR (30%), et SNCF Réseau, ont annoncé clôturer avec succès leur partenariat public-prive (PPP) pour le financement, la conception-construction, l’exploitation et la maintenance du réseau GSM-Rail, qui s’est achevé en début de semaine. Le GSM-R (Global System for Mobile communications – Railways) est un standard de communication sans fil basé sur la technologie GSM. Développé pour le secteur ferroviaire, il permet d’améliorer les communications entre ses différents intervenants grâce à la transmission d’appels voix et d’échange de données. Le réseau GSM-R est de ce fait un système essentiel de la sécurité ferroviaire en France. Signé en février 2010 pour un montant total de 1,5 milliard d’euros, ce partenariat a permis, dès mars 2016, la couverture de 11 754 km du réseau ferroviaire français. Durant la phase d’exploitation, le réseau GSM-R a bénéficié d’extensions géographiques successives, de sorte qu’il s’étend aujourd’hui sur 16 683 km de voies, sur lesquelles transitent plus de 80% des circulations ferroviaires en France. SYNERAIL et SNCF Réseau ont œuvré conjointement pour assurer une reprise parfaitement fluide du réseau GSM-R par SNCF Réseau à la fin du partenariat. VINCI Concessions, à travers sa filiale VINCI Railways, est également le premier actionnaire de LISEA qui opère les 300 km de ligne à grande vitesse entre Tours et Bordeaux inaugurée en 2017. LISEA est la première et unique concession ferroviaire en France. Les huit ans de la LGV SEA ont été célébrés lors d’un évènement organisé par LISEA en début de semaine à Bordeaux en présence de l’ensemble des parties prenantes du projet. LGV SEA : Un modèle pour le rail de demain ? 🚄 LISEA

Ready to experiment KIX's new terminal 1? Major modernization and extension works have increased Kansai International Airport capacity to 40 million passengers annually and improved quality of service including a top-level retail experience. By introducing new retail areas, the largest walkthrough duty free in Japan, spaces designed to reflect various passengers profiles transiting through the airport, and one of the biggest business and premium lounge in the world (with a capacity of more than 1,000 passengers), the airport offers a welcoming and memorable experience for passengers. VINCI Airports has also deployed all its operational know-how to streamline and improve the passenger journey: - new check-in areas with a 'self-bag drop' system shared between airlines, - 10 latest-generation security screening inspection lanes - immigration control procedure by eGates, among the fastest in the world - call-to-gate technology for better passenger comfort and optimal gate allocation. 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 Nicolas Notebaert, VINCI's Chief Executive Officer of Concessions, has updated the business's organisation by appointing chief executive officers at VINCI Airports and VINCI Autoroutes, two business lines where he will continue to serve as President: • Sabine GRANGER as Chief Executive Officer of VINCI Autoroutes, one of Europe's leading motorway concession companies and the VINCI Concessions business line that manages the Group's motorway operations in France (ASF, Cofiroute, Escota, Arcour and Arcos). She was also appointed Managing Director of ASF (Autoroutes du Sud de la France) by the company's board of directors at its meeting of 4 February 2025. Graduated from Skema Business School, Ms Granger has spent her entire career within the VINCI Group. She began working in finance in the Construction and Energy businesses before joining VINCI Airports in 2012. She held operational management control responsibilities before taking over the management of Quimper airport in 2015 and led various concession tenders to manage and operate other airports inside and outside France. In 2021, in addition to her business development duties in France, she was entrusted with managing the Group's regional airports in the country.   • Rémi Maumon de Longevialle as Chief Executive Officer of VINCI Airports, a VINCI Concessions business line and the world's leading private operator in its field, currently operating more than 70 airports. Mr Maumon de Longevialle, who holds engineering degrees from École Polytechnique and ENSAE Paris and a master's degree in public policy from Sciences-Po Paris, began his career at PwC. He moved to VINCI in 2012 to work for VINCI Concessions' team managing structured finance. Deux solutions portées par VINCI Concessions parmi les 111 lauréates de l’Appel à Manifestation d’Intérêt « AI for efficiency / IA pour l’efficience » : 🌿🛰️ Modélisation des sols et de la végétation. Pour obtenir un suivi précis de la santé de la végétation dans le temps sur les emprises des infrastructures de mobilité, nous avons développé une solution avec la start-up Murmuration. Cette solution, fait appel à l’imagerie satellite et à des algorithmes dédiés. Elle est déjà déployée sur 50 aéroports et 5 autoroutes de nos réseaux VINCI Airports et VINCI Highways. 🚆📊 #Maintenance prédictive des voies ferrées. La solution Géovoie permet d’optimiser la maintenance d’une infrastructure ferroviaire. Mise en œuvre sur la ligne à grande vitesse Sud Europe Atlantique (LGV SEA), GéoVoie est un outil d’aide à la décision robuste qui permet de modéliser la géométrie des voies, et de faire de la maintenance prédictive. Elle a été développée par VINCI Railways via les équipes de LISEA et MESEA. L’IA est un levier pour le déploiement des infrastructures de mobilité et nous sommes fiers de contribuer au rayonnement de ces retours d’expériences !
