Elaboração de modelagem e documentação de Projetos utilizando plataforma BIM Revit (preferencial) e/ou Archicad. M45: harmonious integration with the urban context and reversibility Located in the heart of Villeurbanne’s Mansart district, the M45 building pays tribute to the area’s rich industrial heritage. Integrated into its surroundings, the building preserves historical elements while meeting contemporary demands — a multipurpose space that combines commercial, residential, educational, and productive activities. The M45’s layout, divided into smaller units, provides access to the center of the block, facilitating circulation and connection between different sections. Walkways connect the buildings, creating a dynamic and interconnected space. With reversible architecture, the M45 allows for easy renovations and adaptations. Small artisanal spaces occupy the ground and first floors, while the upper floors are dedicated to offices and commercial uses. Integrado ao entorno, o edifício preserva elementos históricos enquanto atende às demandas contemporâneas — um espaço multiuso que combina atividades comerciais, residenciais, educacionais e produtivas. A configuração do M45, subdividida em unidades menores, proporciona acesso ao centro da quadra, facilitando a circulação e a conexão entre os diferentes blocos. Passarelas conectam os prédios, criando um espaço dinâmico e interligado. Com uma arquitetura reversível, o M45 permite reformas e adaptações com facilidade. No térreo e no primeiro andar, encontram-se pequenas células artesanais, enquanto os pisos superiores são dedicados a escritórios e usos comerciais.
