On the top floor of the Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, duplex suites open onto the Paris skyline. Inside the suite 815, French elegance meet subtle Asian references: lacquer panels, chinoiseries, and custom boiseries introduce rhythm and quiet complexity across the walls. The materials speak for themselves: polished woods, hand-applied finishes, soft silks. There is room to read, to work, to pause. A kitchen sits behind discreet panels. Beyond the windows, the city unfolds: from the Grand Palais to the Panthéon. Our intention was simple: to create a space that feels residential, calm, and lived in. A place that offers not just comfort, but continuity.

In the heart of the Miami Design District, Le Jardinier (The Bastion Collection) unfolds as an exercise in contrast and control: a dialogue between materials, volumes, and light. The interiors balance retro-glamour with contemporary clarity: sculptural lighting, custom black-and-white marble floors and walls, metal-framed chairs, and bold green accents that echo the restaurant’s vegetable-forward cuisine. The space plays with density and transparency, from the solidity of a 17-seat black marble bar to the vertical garden anchoring the rear wall. Green becomes an integral part of the restaurant’s identity. Every line, every surface contributes to a precise yet generous atmosphere, tailored for 108 guests.

From a 1970s office building to one of Milan’s most refined luxury hotels, Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa is a masterclass in architectural reconversion, where space, light, and elegance take center stage. Pierre-Yves Rochon (PYR) redefined its volumes with a balance of grandeur and intimacy, transforming rigid office layouts into fluid, open spaces. Venetian mosaics, pink Baveno marble, and bespoke furnishings create an atmosphere that feels both monumental and personal. The vision was clear: not a hotel like any other. With each suite uniquely designed and every room opening onto a private terrace, Palazzo Parigi offers a new way to experience the city: where the heritage of Paris and Milan, come together in a contemporary interpretation.

Born from a shared passion for craftsmanship and refined aesthetics, Floria is the result of an unprecedented collaboration between Giorgetti and Pierre-Yves Rochon (PYR). A reinterpretation of the oval form, Floria is a tribute to nature’s harmony. The sophisticated combination of materials enhances its visual and tactile experience: a meticulously carved marble top contrasts with a leather-covered base. Designed for prestigious interiors, Floria is more than a table: it is an aesthetic and sensory experience, a new icon of contemporary design. From February 27, 2025, the collection is showcased in Giorgetti’s Paris boutique, with an installation conceived by Pierre-Yves Rochon to reveal every nuance of its elegance. At La Ferme du Pré, every object has a story: but none were placed here by chance. The bistrot, envisioned by Chef Frederic Anton is a place where history is revealed, reimagined, and lived. Nothing was sourced elsewhere, every piece of furniture, every copper pan, every framed menu was unearthed from the attics of Le Pré Catelan. Objects that had been forgotten, that carried the patina of time, have found a new life. The result is a space that feels instinctive, almost untouched, as if it had always been this way. An atmosphere that surprises, that feels both familiar and unexpected. This approach mirrors our relationship with Frédéric Anton, built on trust, appreciation, and the shared belief that beauty is in the simplest details. Just as he brings out the essence of each ingredient in his cuisine, we sought to let these objects speak for themselves.

Framed by majestic views over Lake St. Moritz and the towering Corvatsch mountain, the most spacious suite at Kulm Hotel St. Moritz is a celebration of space and comfort. The suite reflects the hotel’s delicate balance between historic grandeur and contemporary Alpine living. Expansive residential layouts offer a sense of home, while the interior palette, beige tones punctuated by indigo and red, infuses the space with both elegance and warmth. Locally sourced woods envelop the rooms, creating a cocoon of refined comfort, accompanied by the latest technologies.

Some places don’t need an introduction. The Waldorf Astoria New York is one of them. For nearly a century, it has been more than a hotel, it has been a stage for history. And we are proud to be part of its next chapter, redesigning all of its interiors. The rooms have been completely reimagined, shifting towards a residential layout and feel. Dressing areas that feel like private salons, spacious and luxurious bathrooms, suites that reflect the grandeur of a New York residence: every proportion, every material, every decision has been made to offer a sense of place, not just a place to stay. Beyond the suites, the Grand Ballroom, the Silver Corridor, and the Peacock Alley have been brought back to life. The iconic details remain, but the experience is new. Not a restoration, but a reinvention of what luxury means today: space, comfort, and a quiet kind of elegance. Opening this year, we can't wait to share all the images of this iconic hotel!

Restoring a historic hotel is about striking the perfect balance between preservation and reinvention. At The St. Regis Rome, every detail plays a role: Murano glass chandeliers echoing the grandeur of the Belle Époque, finely sculpted bronzes standing alongside contemporary artworks, scenographic compositions shaping a new visual narrative. Each intervention demands precision and respect, knowing how much to restore, where to reinterpret, and how to introduce contemporary elements without disrupting the building’s soul. History remains the foundation, but design fosters a continuous dialogue with the present.
