La Fondation Van Allen a réuni 28 entreprises nationales du secteur #spatial, et mécènes de la Fondation, sur le campus Saint-Priest de l’Université de Montpellier pour une journée dédiée à la prospective autour des problématiques de développement des futures plateformes et sous-systèmes du Centre Spatial de l'Université de Montpellier (CSUM). Des ateliers techniques ont été organisés et animés par des personnalités de haut vol : ·        Frank Airoldi, Directeur Général chez MBFA Consulting, ancien PDG d’INTESPACE, qui a soutenu depuis le début l’idée un peu folle de construire un centre spatial étudiant à Montpellier, ·        Xavier Albert-Lebrun, Responsable des systèmes avancés chez Airbus Defence and Space, qui participe aux revues de nos nanosatellites en apportant une grande expertise à l’équipe du #CSUM, ·        Denis CHAPUIS, Président chez ADAN Consulting dont l’expertise en innovation a éclairé cette journée. La Fondation Van Allen, véritable catalyseur pour fédérer diverses entreprises françaises autour des activités #nanospatiales du CSUM, a profité de l’événement pour introniser quatre nouvelles sociétés dans son Club des Partenaires : ·        ANYFIELDS  ·        HyPrSpace  ·        ION-X  ·        MAP SPACE COATINGS Mais aussi, signer le renouvellement de la convention de mécénat qui nous lie à Groundspace. Cette 12ème réunion dédiée aux membres du Club des Partenaires de la FVA, introduite par jean-claude Jean-Claude Gayssot, Président de la Fondation et ancien ministre, ainsi que par le Pr. Laurent DUSSEAU, Directeur de la FVA et du CSUM ; est une nouvelle fois l’occasion pour les industriels mécènes de se rencontrer, de pouvoir évoquer leurs projets et ainsi discuter de potentielles collaborations. Ces évènements offrent une réelle opportunité de réseautage et sont de véritables succès chaque année. Can a general assembly, an artistic event from an EU project, and a dynamic pitching and networking session all happen in one place? They did indeed, last week in Metz, France. 🇫🇷 What a great honour to have welcomed and hosted partners from all places in Europe for the 35th General Assembly of the group of interest Greenovate! Europe, which was held at the oldest opera house of France: the Opéra-Théâtre Eurométropole-Metz. We began with pitches from startups, SMEs, and technical centers members of Materalia: Pint, HoliMaker, DAIMANTEL FRANCE, 45-8 ENERGY, Nimesis Technology, IRT M2P and Cerfav. We followed with updates of newly funded projets by the European Commission and discussed the Horizon Europe 2025 priority topics and some exciting upcoming collaborations. During our policy session, I had the chance to dive into the Draghi report on European Competitiveness, released last September, and explore its implications for fostering innovation, strengthening industrial performance, and shaping future policies to enhance Europe's global standing in the years to come. 🎯𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆: the European Economic Area (EEA) indeed continues to demonstrate strong leadership in sustainability-related topics, but must also shift focus towards scaling innovations and aligning policy with industry to ensure long-term competitiveness and sustainable growth within the union. We wrapped up with a creative workshop resulting from the InteractionSeeds 🎨 project, funded by the European Commission. The workshop focused on 💡 how art-inspired approaches can drive innovation and transform industrial technologies, especially in the areas of decarbonisation and the circular economy. 🌱🔄 A big thanks to the project coordinator, Stephanie PETIT from Dowel innovation, for joining us and for her outstanding work in orchestrating such an innovative project, Vera IVANAJ for her engaging artistic contribution, as well as to Kamel Mnisri from ICN Business School and Jean-François CAMUS from EDF for showcasing how their have integrated creativity into their innovation processes to bring science closer to citizens and valorise knowledge. Réalisé en partenariat avec la Région Grand Est et l’incubateur The Pool, incubateur de projets innovants à Metz, ce temps fort a vu Marie Vautravers Verdier de la Région Grand Est présenter les parcours de transformation et l’offre d’accompagnement offert aux entreprises du territoire. 👉 Alain Hautcoeur dirigeant de Nimesis Technology a partagé son experience en tant que bénéficiaire du diagnostic 360 et de modules transformants. 👉 Emmanuel Chaligné de Vivoka, offreur de solutions digitales pour les entreprises industrielles, a mis en avant l’intérêt de la reconnaissance vocale dans les process industriels et logistiques. 👉 Enfin, Florence Roux-Christmann, a présenté les modalités d’accompagnement de l’incubateur The Pool au travers du dispositif Quest for industry et illustré par Simon Jung de 3D Jungle.
