🚀 McPhy Italy : Major Progress in Hydrogen Testing Infrastructure We are excited to share the progress of our testing infrastructure for electrolyzers, ranging from 100 kW to 1 MW, which is helping to secure technology development and material qualification. Here’s an update on our latest advancements : ✅ Phase 1: Hot Commissioning of our 1 MW Test Bench We have successfully completed Phase 1 of the hot commissioning of our 1 MW test bench. The unit passed the overall functional test and reached 100% nominal load. 🔜 Phase 2 : May onwards : Industrial Tests This phase will include industrial tests to ensure stable operating conditions. The final go-live of this unit is expected after environmental authorization, with all safety systems already approved by fire brigade authorities. The infrastructure relies on an electrical power capacity of 1.2 MW. 🔧 Gamma Test Bench : A Unique and Versatile Solution The Gamma test bench is designed to test alkaline stacks from 0.5 MW to 1 MW under real operating conditions and collect data through a flexible software platform. It is part of our unique testing infrastructure, developed over the years by McPhy Italy, consisting of 9 different test benches : 3 x 100 kW test benches 3 x 50 kW test benches (PIEL) 2 x 1 MW test benches (the 2nd one will be commissioned by the end of June) 1 x 130 kW test bench shared with the University of Florence through a JDA, enabling various test configurations. This infrastructure is currently focused on alkaline technology but will soon be able to test other electrolyzer technologies, such as AEM. 🔋 McPhy Italy: A Key Player in Hydrogen Technology Development A big thank you to the incredible McPhy team for their remarkable work and dedication in achieving these milestones. McPhy 2024 Annual Results and Financial Overview 📊♻️⬇️ 🔹 2024 revenue of €13.2 million, impacted by termination compensation related to some refueling station projects. 🌍 McPhy : Optimizing Decarbonized Hydrogen Production through Digitalization with DELMIA 💡 In this video, we are pleased to share the testimonial of Antoine Ressicaud, Chief Operating Officer at McPhy, who explains how we are enhancing our efficiency and growth in the decarbonized hydrogen industry through digitalization. 📈 In this context, we have integrated DELMIA’s PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) solutions to integrate design and manufacturing processes. 🌍 L’hydrogène : un avenir encore incertain ! 📰 Dans un article du Le Monde du 25 mars 2025, Antoine Ressicaud, notre Directeur Général Adjoint, livre son analyse des défis actuels de la filière hydrogène en France. Bien que les technologies soient prêtes, la filière souffre encore d'un manque de clients et d’investissements, notamment face à la concurrence croissante des batteries électriques. En conséquence, le gouvernement a réajusté ses objectifs, réduisant la production d’électrolyseurs visée pour 2030.   🟢 Chez McPhy, malgré ces incertitudes, nous restons pleinement confiants dans l’avenir de l’hydrogène, qui représente un levier stratégique clé pour la décarbonation de l’industrie et des transports.
