    ‘𝗪𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 next 𝗯𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆’ 𝗔𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝗴𝗮𝗲𝗹, 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗘𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗠 In the forthcoming issue of 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹, catalina mihu chats with the President of MECATHERM, Raymond Nogael, having been invited to visit the Demo Center in Barembach. She discovers the changes, the new projects and the work in progress.   In June, 2024, Raymond Nogael became the new President of MECATHERM, succeeding Olivier Sergent. He is responsible for pursuing MECATHERM’s development strategy, with a focus on innovation and sustainable development.    “Thanks to the successful expansion in North America, we are now in a position where we can invest in the future, in sustainability and digitization. We can now ‘push the next button’ on sustainability, and this is what we are doing right now, with the goal of being fully customer-oriented.”   Nogael discusses MECATHERM’s approach to sustainability and innovation and his personal passion for it. He has worked closely with Amandine Cardonnet, MECATHERM’s Sustainability & Communication Project Manager, who spent last year traveling to all of MECATHERM’s sites, to explain what sustainability means to the company, from supporting its people and embracing the power in their diversity, to environment mindfulness and innovative solutions that help bakeries.   He shares his thoughts on new company’s philosophy going forward: “Our goal is to be the reference on the market. I don't want to be a leader; everybody can lead in some area. We are a leading company, surely, but being the reference is more meaningful, because that is based on trust, on building relationships and a name.
