Our company culture is not just words, it’s our people who bring it to life every day. At BNP Paribas Asset Management, our colleagues around the world shape who we are. But rather than telling you about it, we prefer to let our people speak for themselves. That’s why we’re giving them the floor in a new series of videos, where they share what truly defines our company. Let’s start with "How we act", because our culture is built on 4 behaviours that unite and inspire us: • One Firm: supporting each other, working as one team. • Client First: understanding needs, creating and delivering value to make a difference. • Results Driven: overcoming challenges with a positive, can-do attitude. • Excellence: learning, evolving, and pushing boundaries together. Financial News has just released its list of the “Rising Stars of European Finance 2025” with Paula Meissirel, Senior Stewardship Specialist and Thibault Malin , Deputy Head of Global Money Market, recognized amongst the 54 most talented young professionals from across financial and professional services. Congratulations! This is an important recognition of Paula’s contribution to BNPP AM’s Global Sustainability Strategy since she joined BNPP AM’s Stewardship team in 2021 within the Sustainability Centre. In this role, she conducts proxy voting and engagement activities, leads corporate engagement campaigns including on human rights issues through PRI Advance, and manages strategic transversal projects. Her proactive and tactical approach to corporate engagement and her ability to navigate complex ESG issues enable her to represent BNPP AM at key industry engagement initiatives. Thibault Malin became Deputy Head of the Global Money Market team last year after joining BNP Paribas in 2014. This Financial News’ accolade is a great recognition of his career path within the company. He started as a portfolio manager assistant, gaining promotion to investment specialist in 2020 and helping to oversee commercial development of its money market strategy. He has been instrumental to several transversal projects, and contributes actively to the investment strategy. The team has more than doubled assets to around €120bn across almost 20 mutual funds in just few years. We are very proud to congratulate Paula and Thibault, who demonstrate that BNPP AM can deliver upon our commitment to our staff: to unlock their potential! ▶️ The full list, together with profiles, is available to Financial News subscribers here: https://lnkd.in/eGeS2WKk Guy Davies Olivier De Larouzière Sandro Pierri Marion Azuelos Jane Ambachtsheer Michael Herskovich Rob Gambi
