💙 Mars Bleu 2025 💙 En ce dernier jour de mars, nous clôturons la mobilisation de Biofortis auprès de Mars Bleu : le mois dédié à la sensibilisation et au dépistage du cancer colorectal en France. En tant que CRO spécialisée dans la collecte de selles, nous sommes particulièrement sensibles à la lutte contre le cancer colorectal. 💩 Pendant tout ce mois de mars, nos collaborateurs ont pu assister à deux webinars proposés par La Ligue Contre le Cancer, une affiche sur la dernière campagne a été accrochée en cafétéria et un challenge sportif a eu lieu. Trois équipes se sont transformées en collabor’actifs et se sont affrontées dans des défis sportifs organisés par l’Agence biped. Un grand merci à Pierre OGER 🪑→🏃♂️ et Hugues OGER 🪑→🏃♂️ pour la mise à disposition de leur application et leur soutien pour ce challenge. 🏃 Ces heures de sport seront traduites en don à La Ligue contre le cancer. #MarsBleu #Cancer #CancerColorectal #Prévention #Santé #CRO #Engagement #Recherche

🩺 SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATION 🔬 A recent The Lancet Group Diabetes & Endocrinology article proposes a new definition for obesity, distinguishing clinical obesity—a chronic disease caused by excess adiposity impairing organ function—from preclinical obesity, where excess fat is present but without organ dysfunction, though it increases the risk of future complications. 🔍 This redefinition highlights the limitations of BMI alone as a diagnostic tool and advocates for additional measures such as waist circumference or the waist-to-height ratio. As a CRO, we recognize the significance of this new classification in enhancing obesity management and refining our clinical research strategies accordingly. À partir d’aujourd’hui et pendant 12 jours, trois équipes de 5 collaborateurs s’affrontent dans un challenge sportif et se transformer en collabor’actifs : Equipe 1️⃣: Clémentine Audurier, Clémence Chesneau, Françoise Caloc, Ines Liaoui, Sahara Graf Equipe 2️⃣: Pauline Thibault, Louise Boudeau, Anyssia BEZIER, Basile Frilley, Morgane Le Bihan Equipe 3️⃣: Cécile Collart, Grégory ALLAIN, Clémentine Méry, Lise Launay, Caroline RAMINELLI 💪 Objectif : cumuler les heures à faire une activité sportive (course, marche, natation, pétanque, course de chaises de bureau, ...).
