We do a lot of outbound sales, reaching out to construction companies around the world, mainly through social media📱🌍 But more and more often, people are reaching out to us as well. That was the case this time, when Emyr emailed me to ask if Stedox products were available in the UK 👋🏻 And yes, they were! 🫵🏻 We’ve sold products to the #UK before, but it’s always exciting when new contacts get in touch, looking for better tools to build #faster and #safer. As you can see, Emyr was very happy after his first project using the Stedox® Support 35. P.S. Please excuse the not-so-polished video I just edited on my phone. I'm sure some would say it’s better to focus on quality over quantity. But when it comes to my videos, I’d rather spend my time delivering great customer service. 🧐 𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲? 🤔 A lot of people say it’s the most conservative industry out there... both those working in it and those outside of it. Personally, I don’t think it’s all that conservative... but I guess it depends on who you ask. 🤝🏻 Sure, launching something new is always a challenge... but when you’ve got a product that truly makes a difference and the construction workers can instantly see how much easier it makes their daily work, that’s a big win 👌🏻 From my experience in developing products for the construction industry, it’s not really the construction workers who are conservative and hard to convince. Just hand them a Stedox® product, and they’ll immediately notice the difference compared to other methods or products. The tougher crowd to convince (not in all cases, but in some) are the ones who actually have to open their wallets and pay 😄 Most people want a better solution than what they’ve had before, but the question is: how much are they willing to pay for it? 😇 That’s the part that’s harder to crack, in my opinion... So maybe it’s time we stop complaining about the construction industry itself. Most builders actually get the value of using the best products available 💪🏻 Those were my evening thoughts... 😲 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗬𝗲𝘁👌🏻 We’re back in Finland after a few intense and inspiring days in Portland, Oregon, at the 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱’𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄. The trip was long but absolutely worth it. We met so many amazing people, too many to name but none forgotten, and had insightful discussions about the industry, safety, and the future of construction 🔨🪚 Beyond all the great conversations, we also built valuable new connections that will enable us to help even more installers work more safely and efficiently.
