✨ We are proud to share our 2024 financial results, marking another year of strong performance and strategic growth at Minor Hotels Europe & Americas. Thanks to our focus on portfolio optimisation, cost efficiency, and operational excellence, we delivered outstanding results: 🔹 Revenue grew 12%, reaching €2.427 billion 🔹 ADR increased 5.6%, averaging €145 per night 🔹 EBITDA rose 14% to €680 million 🔹 Q4 revenue climbed 16% to €639 million, with strong performance across all regions 🔹 Net recurring profit surged 67% to €210 million These numbers reflect the strength of our business model and the dedication of our teams. Europe saw higher occupancy and ADR, while Latin America maintained stable performance with positive pricing trends. As we look ahead to 2025, we remain cautiously optimistic. The travel industry continues to show momentum, and with €533 million in liquidity and improved credit ratings from Moody’s and Fitch, we are well-positioned to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
