Sobre nosotros

LOEWE is one of the world's major luxury houses. With over 170 years of history, today it is defined by the modernity of its past, an unwavering confidence in the present, and a firm look forward. Craftsmanship, progress and unequalled expertise with leather, LOEWE’s founding pillars, are reconfigured with a timely awareness evident in desirable and functional products across multiple categories, including ready-to-wear, accessories, home and lifestyle. Spain is where LOEWE was born and remains the brand’s home. While its current landscape contains elements from places near and far and the Spanish legacy is expressed in modern ways, the heart of LOEWE still beats in Madrid, where all of its world-renowned leather goods continue to be manufactured.

  • Leather craft and rare cognac come together in a unique collaboration between LOEWE and Hennessy Paradis. The limited edition bottle comes enwrapped within a handcrafted leather 'nest', inspired by chestnut burrs. Available in three colours reflecting the lifecycle of a chestnut tree, (anise, amber, and chestnut) each leather piece has been meticulously created over ten hours, not only protecting the bottle, but also nodding to the chestnut wood circles traditionally used to safeguard Hennessy’s most precious barrels. #LOEWE Please drink responsibly.

Crafting the Madrid bag – an ode to the essence, spirit and energy of our vibrant home city. At our atelier in Madrid, our artisans carefully select leathers of contrasting thicknesses to form the bag’s distinct trapezoidal shape, achieving a singular balance between structure and simplicity. To create a signature pleated effect, tubular straps are threaded through hand-stitched eyelets on supple, specially developed leather, before each piece is detailed with a gold Pebble fastening and an exaggerated, asymmetric zip. The new Madrid bag is an ode to our home city – its streets, its spirit, its attitude. Expertly crafted from specially developed leather in our atelier in Madrid, the new Madrid bag is a smooth and supple ode to the essence, spirit and culture of our vibrant home city. In a celebration of the Spanish capital, we brought together architects, actresses, art historians, and journalists native to the Madrid, or who now call it their home, to discuss the essence of city and its cultural effervescence that inspired our new bag.
