Every drop of water matters. At HORSE Technologies, that’s why our #ESG strategy is focused on finding innovative solutions across all our industrial processes.   The HORSE team in Romania have implemented a new water treatment station, saving up to 15 million litres per month. We are pleased to announce new leadership appointments in our HORSE Division! Wesley Palma will take on the role of Operations Director at HORSE Seville on May 1st, continuing the outstanding work of Javier Bernáldez García. He arrives in Spain after more than four years as Operations Director of HORSE Curitiba, achieving incredible results. ( Giuliano Pento Eichmann is joining us as Operations Director of HORSE Curitiba, coming from Renault, where he served as Director of Process Engineering for Latin America. Both leaders bring exceptional strategic vision, and as our CEO in HORSE Division Patrice Haettel says, "they will help us strengthen our leadership in the development and production of low-emission technology solutions". HORSE, a division of Horse Powertrain, is entering the maritime sector, with our engine powering Hybdor's world-first flex-fuel marine PHEV powertrain.   In our first deal outside of land vehicles, our 1.3-litre, 4-cylinder HR13 will feature in Hybdor’s pioneering Duotech 200E powertrain. Designed for yachts and Class 2 vessels (between 26 – 40 feet in length), the Hybdor Duotech 200E is optimised for the Brazilian market and its gasoline-ethanol flex fuel blends.   The powertrain will be capable of switching between pure-combustion and pure-electric modes, in much the same way as land vehicles. However, the Hybdor PHEV will also feature a “boost” mode, combining both combustion and electric power. 🇧🇷 If you're in Brazil, find out more in this exclusive coverage from Valor Econômico S/A! 👇 https://lnkd.in/gBCk598F
