That's one of the interesting things we learned at the workshop "Stress-free living: prevention and resilience strategies" led by Minerva Castillo Clua with the help of AlwaysPeopleFirst. ✅ Our employees' well-being is our top priority. As part of the Well-being Strategy 2025, we organize a series of emotional, physical, and nutritional well-being workshops. In this one, Minerva guided us through understanding stress and its impact on health and well-being.
