We huddled with the team and partners over the weekend and hatched a new plan: scaling down where we can and doubling down on the builders and developers—just raw, hands-dirty, community-driven energy. Here’s what’s in store: - One main stage for talks and panels. - A smaller stage for deep dives and debates. - Fun across Tallinn with partners — think tech roasts, tea ceremonies, karaoke, and saunas.
