Electrical Supervisor (El-Supervisor)

Your Position

In our Rig & Marine division, we are seeking an Electrical Supervisor who can maintain an overview and ensure tasks are executed safely. This role offers numerous intriguing challenges, including yard stays and modification projects that contribute to the green transition within drilling rigs and special vessels.

You will join a team of 4 colleagues working both locally and globally on projects within our division. The Rig & Marine division is comprised of 450 colleagues worldwide. This full-time position is based at our headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark. You should expect up to 200 travel days per year, with occasional work at our yard or locally in Esbjerg.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

You will be responsible for reporting on progress to Project Managers. In the role, it is important to always ensure an overview on both colleagues and tools.

• Act as a Working Supervisor, leading and coordinating the workforce actively, ensuring high standards of quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide leadership in safety across all contract activities, acting as a role model for preferred safety behaviour and ensuring compliance with all HSE rules and regulations.
• Manage permits as a Permit Performing Authority (PA), taking responsibility for the permits you sign.
• Approve daily timesheets before handover to the Project Manager / Project Leader and request necessary materials, tools, and scaffolding.
• Coordinate activities with other contractors on site and report and coordinate with project managers to ensure an overview of both colleagues, tools, and deadlines.
  
  

Your Qualifications And Skills

To succeed in this position, we expect that you have:

• You should be highly independent and adaptable to rapid changes, sometimes by the hour.
• A background as an electrician, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the offshore or marine industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is essential.
