The 8th of March: a date for the world to commemorate International Women’s Day (IWD) every year. A date that was originally created to promote the rights of women and girls and eliminate forms of discrimination against them. At the same time, it is a date for us all to acknowledge that there is still a lot to be accomplished if we are to create an equal and sustainable future for women and girls. According to the World Economic Forum, it will take until 2158 to reach full gender parity at our current rate of progress. This IWD we celebrate and thank all the incredible women of STG, and push for real and lasting change - let's Accelerate Action.
