Because great questions lead to great conversations—and great conversations spark growth. 🔥 At our interactive workshop led by the incredible Maarit Pokkinen, we explored how to ask questions that truly matter. We learned that the art of asking the right question—then allowing space for silence—can be transformational. One of the many powerful takeaways? 👉 Silence creates the urge to talk more—especially for the person speaking.
