Our goal is to provide students with an insight into life after the final grade has been given.

Om os

We invite people with passion for their work, that are experienced in leadership, during daily challenges and in times of crisis. People that are eager to start their own business to become entrepreneurs, because they have seen possibilities where others did not. People that continue to move the world forward by studying the science that the world is built upon. These are the people we want young students to be able to see and hear so they, one day, can become what they saw in others.

  • A big thanks to Jens Lund, CEO of DSV, for visiting Copenhagen Business School and sharing his valuable insights and experiences with us. It was truly inspiring to hear about DSV’s growth journey, including the landmark acquisition of DB Schenker – the largest acquisition ever made by a Danish company. Jens provided thoughtful perspectives on strengthening market positions through strategic acquisitions and the complexities of integrating a workforce of 72,000 employees. We appreciate the opportunity to gain first-hand insights into leadership, growth strategies, and the challenges of scaling a global business.

How did DSV - Global Transport and Logistics grow from a local haulier to a global player? What does it take to manage successful M&A’s and integrations and how do you effectively plan and execute a strategy? These are just some of the questions I addressed this week at Copenhagen Business School (CBS). It was a pleasure to be back at my old school where I was invited to speak to a group of students. I really enjoyed the opportunity to listen to their questions and comments, and to share some insights from my career, as well as discuss how we at DSV have strengthened our market position through, among others, strategic acquisitions. Together with operational excellence, M&A remains central to our strategy. These factors have enabled us to consistently enhance and expand our service offerings, achieving scale and network advantages and developing a stronger global presence. Our recent acquisition of Schenker, our largest transaction to date, provided a good case study to discuss with students. We are still awaiting the final approvals from authorities, but we talked through some of the upsides and challenges associated with an acquisition of this scale and how we believe that it will create value for our customers, employees and shareholders. We also discussed our commercial approach, which enables us to better support our customers and is key to driving our organic growth. As a former CBS student, it was great to reconnect and meet the next generation of business leaders. Thank you to CBS and everyone who attended for making the event so engaging.

Sharing the tech of Trackman with Late Lecture! 🟧🚀   Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting Late Lecture, introducing students to the technology that drives Trackman and our plans for the future of sport.   We shared the technology of our TM4 and TMiO and how we are going to continue impacting the world of sports – not just golf. Our presenters also shared their paths to landing their dream jobs at Trackman and all the tips on how to get here.   It was a great pleasure to experience the passion and knowledge from the participants and hear their perspective on how technology is shaping tomorrow.   Thank you to Late Lecture for such a fantastic event and we hope to do it again in the future.

This Tuesday, we took 40 students on a visit to Trackman’s brand-new headquarters in Hørsholm—and what an evening it was! We kicked things off with presentations from Nikolaj Kromann Jørgensen, who gave us a glimpse into Trackman’s future, and Fredrik Tuxen, who broke down the fascinating tech behind their products. We also heard from some recent graduates now working at Trackman, sharing honest insights about their career journeys and tips on landing that dream job. ⛳️ After that, we got a tour of the HQ, checking out their R&D labs, production areas, and testing facilities, plus a sneak peek at their employee perks—which include not just a fitness center, but also an indoor golf simulator… obviously. 🏌🏽♀️ The evening wrapped up with some sandwiches and casual chats with Trackman employees—perfect for asking questions and making connections. Big thanks to everyone who helped make this happen, especially Lea Maria Nielsen. We had a fantastic time! ⚡️ #latelecture #dtudk #trackman
