What you can expect in our Family Rooms: - Spacious family rooms with two twin beds for up to four people with connecting rooms available on request.  - A central location just steps from parks, riverside walks, and city highlights.  - Cribs available for the youngest guests, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere throughout. Because comfort matters just as much at the table: children aged 4–12 stay and eat for free when sharing a room with their parents, with all meals included from the kids’ menu. At the breakfast buffet, children up to 6 eat free, while those aged 7–12 receive 50% off. And for in-between moments, our à la carte “Eat Well” kids’ menu, full of healthy meals and smoothies, is also available via in-room dining. We believe in making even the smallest guests feel seen. Upon arrival, children will find a travel journal waiting in the room – filled with stickers, coloring pages, and games to spark their imagination. There’s a special kids’ check-in form too, because being part of the adventure matters. Passion, Patience, Progress: A Hospitality Success Story The Elevate Program by Marriott International supports young talents in doing exactly that. This leadership initiative equips emerging professionals with essential skills and hands-on experience to prepare them for future leadership roles. Nina Reinhard is a great example: After completing her apprenticeship, she started as a Guest Service Agent and now serves as HR Executive at The Westin Grand Frankfurt. Through the Elevate Program, she enhances her leadership abilities, improves her communication skills, and embraces the value of lifelong learning. In addition, BetterUp coaching provides her with personalized guidance on her leadership journey. We spoke with Nina about her career path and her advice for the next generation of hospitality professionals: 👉 What was a pivotal moment in your career? "Switching from Front Office to People & Culture management was a defining moment for me. It was a big step, but I was trusted and given the opportunity to grow. I’m truly grateful for that chance—it allowed me to help shape a positive work environment and use my biggest strength: empathy. My advice? Trust the process. Not every plan works out the way you expect, but that doesn’t mean you’ve failed." 👉 What are your key takeaways from the Elevate Program? "The biggest lesson for me is: the journey is the goal. Growth doesn’t happen overnight. Every experience—whether good or challenging—teaches you something. The best leaders aren’t the ones who know it all, but those who stay curious, open, and willing to learn." 👉 What skills and values are essential for a successful career in hospitality? "A passion for service, empathy, and patience. Guests and team members will always remember how you made them feel. Our highest goal should be to create meaningful moments and authentic connections. Gemeinsam mit unseren Sales-Ansprechpartner:innen der Arabella Hospitality SE durften wir rund 80 Kunden aus Frankfurt und Umgebung zu unserem Networking-Event begrüßen – viele von ihnen langjährige Partner im MICE-Bereich. Auch der Spaß kam nicht zu kurz: Unsere Fotobooth mit witzigen Accessoires sorgte für viele unvergessliche Erinnerungen und gemeinsame Momente.
