Last week, we hosted a truly energizing (𝘱𝘶𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘥) event at HOLY's supercool Berlin HQ ("the Temple"). The session, led excellently by HOLY's Senior People Experience Manager Alan Carter, showcased the company's approach to 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. The latest Ravio report reveals some compelling insights: hiring rates across Europe's tech sector have fallen to 29% (mostly backfill hires?), while employee churn has reached a low of 18%.
