𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐬: 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐙𝐃𝐅, 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐕 📺 We were glad to welcome ZDF to our Munich office yesterday for a conversation not just about quantum sensing, but also about the broader environment deep tech startups operate in today. In an increasingly fragmented global tech landscape shaped by tariffs, export controls and regional industrial policy, startups like QuantumDiamonds face unique challenges. Unlike large multinationals, we don't yet have a global footprint to buffer geopolitical shifts. When supply chains tighten or trade barriers rise, early stage companies building critical technologies feel it first. Thanks to the ZDF team for taking the time to explore both the potential and the pressures of developing foundational technologies in Europe. 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐐𝐃 💎 The quantum industry needs more women on board! According to the London School of Economics and Political Science, 80% of quantum companies lack senior female representation, and only 2% of applicants for quantum roles are women. At QD, we’re proud to be an exception to these statistics. We believe that diversity and inclusivity aren’t just values; they’re essential for driving real innovation in quantum science. It’s up to companies like ours to take action and create a more inclusive, supportive environment for women in STEM. Last year, our Women in STEM Networking Event brought together incredible talents and even led to new hires within our team. And we’re just getting started. 2025 will bring even more opportunities for women to connect, grow, and lead in the quantum field. Stay tuned for our upcoming Women in STEM networking events! Let’s make 2025 not just the Year of Quantum but the Year of Women in Quantum together. 👏 #WomenInSTEM #InternationalWomensDay #QuantumForAll #WomenInQuantum

Accurate current reconstruction from magnetic field measurements requires advanced computational methods. We employ physics-informed machine learning, integrating Maxwell’s equations and inverse problem techniques to achieve high-resolution, non-destructive current mapping. To enable real-time processing and ensure onsite data security, we welcomed our own TinyBox, a GPU-powered computing unit optimized for magnetic field inversion, AI-driven noise reduction, and measurement optimization. Performing computations in-house ensures data security and minimizes latency in processing sensitive measurement data. The software team around Maximilian, Dr. Simon and Daniel are heavy TinyBox users since its arrival 🤓
