Online Print Symposium hat dies direkt geteilt
Knapp eine Woche ist das Online Print Symposium 2025 her und ich bin immer noch sprachlos, wie man in dieser Industrie miteinander umgeht. Dieses Jahr war ich zum ersten Mal bei DEM Leitevent der Onlineprint-Industrie dabei. Was mich am meisten erstaunt hat? Die (leider) außergewöhnliche Art, wie in dieser Branche unter Wettbewerbern und Lieferanten miteinander umgegangen wird: Offenheit statt Konkurrenzdenken, Erfahrungsaustausch statt Geheimhaltung, Gemeinsames Lernen statt Einzelkämpfertum. 2,5 Tage lang drehte sich von morgens bis spätabends alles um eine zentrale, hochrelevante Frage: Wie erreichen wir maximale Kundenzentrierung in Zeiten von KI und kundenindividueller Massenproduktion? Diese Frage beschäftigt nicht nur die Onlineprint-Industrie, sondern jedes Unternehmen, das die Chancen der Digitalisierung ernsthaft nutzen möchte. Für mich persönlich gab es drei wesentliche Erkenntnisse: 1️⃣ Technologie allein macht noch keinen Unterschied. Entscheidend ist, wie Unternehmen ihre Prozesse und Kultur anpassen. 2️⃣ Kundenzentrierung beginnt bei einem tiefen Verständnis der Kundenbedürfnisse. Technologie ist nur Mittel zum Zweck. 3️⃣ Die Bereitschaft, über Unternehmensgrenzen hinweg voneinander zu lernen, macht eine Branche zukunftsfähig und resilient.
