🔍 Track Reveal: What You’ll Be Building at the AI Hackathon Berlin
We’re officially unlocking the tracks for our upcoming AI Hackathon in Berlin (April 5th & 6th)—and they’re packed with real-world challenges, industry partners, and creative potential.
Whether you're obsessed with sustainability, education, coffee (literally), or just want to push AI to its limits, there's a track for you.
🧩 Track 1: Open Innovation
The wildcard track. Build whatever you can dream up with tools like Mistral AI, ElevenLabs, Weaviate, n8n, Beyond Presence or distil labs. This is your space to explore wild ideas, niche problems, or that AI project you've been dying to build.
🏆 Winners qualify for the final demo showdown, where top teams across all tracks compete for additional prizes and partner credits. No specific track price.
♻️ Track 2: AI for Sustainability — Powered by Choco
40% of food is wasted globally. Choco wants to change that. Build AI tools that reduce waste across the food supply chain—smart ordering systems, predictive inventory tools, or transparency for consumers. Real-world data. Real impact.
🏆 Prize: “A 150€ gift card per team member for Cookies Cream – a Berlin-based, Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant.
📚 Track 3: Personalized Learning — Powered by Knowunity
Education isn’t one-size-fits-all. Use AI to create tailored learning experiences, support educators, and boost student engagement and performance.
🏆 Prize: 1-year Cursor subscription per team member. From adaptive learning to AI-powered tutoring—we’re rethinking the classroom.
☕️ Track 4: Brewing Better Coffee — Powered by Next Level Coffee GmbH
Yes, AI x espresso is a thing. You’ll work with real IoT data from NLC’s connected espresso gear to: optimize grind size + brew quality, or recommend coffee based on taste preferences.
🏆 Prize: Pick your perk (12 months free coffee? 12 month AI tools? 50/50?)
Looking forward to 1 full weekend of building at The Delta Campus!
