Our portfolio company, labor team, one of the largest independent medical laboratories in Switzerland, has recently acquired several strategic add-ons. The acquisition of Modern-Path SA, a state-of-the-art pathology center based in Lausanne, marks another important milestone in labor team’s ambitious growth strategy. With Modern-Path SA, labor team is expanding its services and strengthening its presence in French-speaking Switzerland. We are proud to have supported labor team since 2021. This is the second add-on acquisition since our entry.
