🌟 This month’s #ETASshero spotlight shines on an inspiring member of our team in Italy, Valentina Pompa, AUTOSAR Solution Expert at #ETAS. Her journey began as a firmware developer in the automotive field. Since joining ETAS in February 2019, she has forged an impressive path as an AUTOSAR Solution Expert, playing a vital role in enhancing customer experience and technical support. Reflecting on her journey, she shares: "At the end of the day, what matters to me is knowing I made a difference and helped someone solve a problem. Every interaction is an opportunity to enhance customer experience, and that motivates me to always do my best. Additionally, knowing that a new challenge may arise each day helps me grow and expand my knowledge. " As a woman in a predominantly male environment, she faced initial challenges but found unwavering support at ETAS: "I was the only woman in the engineering department when I started at ETAS Italy. While I had some initial concerns about fitting in, having worked in male-dominated industries before, my team immediately welcomed me and made me feel part of the group. " She also appreciates how ETAS has fostered her growth, especially through flexible working arrangements that promote a healthy work-life balance. Her advice to others is simple but powerful: "Give feedback, ask for feedback, and use it constructively because improving is something we need to work on every day. Each small step we take today helps us do better tomorrow." 💪 🌟🌟🌟 #ETASshero is a celebration of the remarkable achievements of women driving innovation and excellence at ETAS. Each month, we highlight a woman whose work inspires us and fosters a more inclusive workplace. Join us in celebrating these incredible women and their contributions to our journey toward a more inclusive and innovative future. #Womenintech #WomenatETAS #WomeninSTEM
