ebm-papst is continuously investing in energy efficiency and making greater use of renewable energies. Our site in Hollenbach is a good example of this – as a “plus energy” building, it generates more energy than it consumes. With our plans for a third photovoltaic system, we will soon generate 5.7 of 10 million kWh/a ourselves. We are also making progress internationally: At our site in Xi'an, China, our photovoltaic system already covers 25% of our energy needs. In total, we have succeeded in reducing our energy consumption by around 15,000 MWh within a year. Astăzi am încheiat cu succes primul program de stagiatură din ebm-papst Oradea, un program de suflet în care am crescut profesional 6 absolvenți de la Universitatea din Oradea, Universitatea Tehnică din Cluj Napoca și Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara. I-am angajat ca proaspeți absolvenți fără experiență, am crezut în ei și timp de 6 luni mentorii i-au îndrumat, i-au învățat tainele profesiei dar i-au și sfătuit în problemele de zi cu zi. Prin programul de anul acesta un inginer electronist, un inginer automatist, un specialist calitate și 3 ingineri IT au pornit pe un nou drum și au înțeles că un rezultat bun este suma unor mici eforturi repetate în fiecare zi. “Este un sentiment profund să vezi cum eforturile tale din anii de studii se concretizează, dar să ai și susținerea cuiva din partea cealaltă, face totul mult mai frumos. Sunt recunoscător pentru această oportunitate și entuziasmat să continui să îmi dezvolt cariera de inginer.” Darius Bâte, inginer automatist „În cadrul echipei ebm-papst am reușit să acumulez o bază solidă de cunoștințe în domeniu IT. Ceea ce m-a impresionat cel mai mult a fost voința și implicarea mentorilor în dezvoltarea noastră profesională, pentru care le sunt recunoscator.” Roland Murășan Letai, inginer IT “Programul m-a învățat că performanța necesită efort. Precizia este direct proporțională cu munca, iar obiceiurile bune se dobândesc greu și se pierd ușor. Însă rezultatul vorbește de la sine.” Sebastian Cotor, inginer electronist "Perioada de stagiatură a fost o etapă foarte interesantă din viața mea, oferindu-mi ocazia de a dobândi cunoștințe teoretice și practice esențiale atât în cadrul jobului, cât și în viața de zi cu zi. Am avut parte de o dezvoltare personală semnificativă, îmbunătățindu-mi considerabil abilitățile de comunicare, gestionarea eficientă a timpului și lucrul în echipă.” Camelia Negrău, specialist calitate “Programul de stagiatură pe care l-am urmat a fost o experienta valoroasă, oferindu-mi oportunitatea de a-mi aprofunda cunoștințele și de a pune în practică soluții reale în domeniul infrastructurii IT, alături de un mediu plăcut.” Paul Chelaru, inginer IT “În aceste șase luni am învățat cu adevărat cum este să lucrezi într-o echipă de profesioniști, de la help desk-ul de început până la infrastructura complexă, ramură care mi-a plăcut cel mai mult.” Laurențiu Avram, inginer IT Le suntem recunoscători mentorilor noștri Lucian Baciu, Alin Ciorba, Nicu Ilea, Andrei Mudura și Paul Ududec care au dăruit din timpul și cunoștințele lor. What does true commitment to climate protection look like in industry? ebm-papst is demonstrating it with its aim to implement a zero-emissions strategy by 2030. Our path to achieving this is clear: We are aiming to become climate-neutral in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2025/26, investing over €3 million in renewable energy and electrification every year. We are also working to provide complete transparency regarding our Scope 3 emissions by the end of 2024 and have already identified potential reductions of 25%. “We are aware that we have set ambitious targets for ourselves. But the way we see it, this is our only chance to make a significant contribution to the Paris Climate Agreement,” highlights Annemarie Hillenbrand, Sustainability Manager at ebm-papst. Our commitment is validated by ratings such as CDP and SBTi, as well as EcoVadis where our silver medal already puts us among the top 20% in the industry. Nos dias de hoje, o processo de recarga de baterias de veículos elétricos continua sendo um desafio, demandando longas paradas. Empresas como a EF Cooling estão moldando o futuro da eletromobilidade com o desenvolvimento de carregadores de alta potência (High Power Charging – HPC), capazes de recarregar até 80% da bateria em aproximadamente 30 minutos. No entanto, essa alta velocidade de carregamento, aliada às condições climáticas locais, pode elevar a temperatura do equipamento, que não deve ultrapassar 30°C, limite ideal para a conservação do óleo responsável pelo resfriamento dos HPCs. Para solucionar esse desafio térmico, foi necessário desenvolver um micro ventilador que não apenas atendesse às exigências de vazão, mas também se adequasse às restrições de espaço dentro do HPC e suportasse condições ambientais adversas.
