What does it take to transport a Gas Turbine for Siemens Energy?   The journey of this Gas Turbine to the construction site in Rybnik, Poland, reached a significant milestone when it arrived at the construction site at the end of February. The turbine was then transferred from a Trailer Hydraulic Platform (THP) to a Self-Propelled Modular Transporter (SPMT) via a first lifting system (gantry system). Using the SPTMT, the Gas Turbine has been positioned underneath a second lifting system, which has been assembled inside the Gas Turbine building for the foundation placement of the Gas Turbine. Local media outlets were also present and reported on the foundation placement, highlighting this project's importance to the community and the energy sector. Amid significant media attention and presence, the arrival of the gas turbine and foundation placement was attended by several honorable guests including the Mayor of Rybnik and the Management of the consortium partners. This underscores the project' importance to the community and energy sector, as well as the collaborative commitment to advancing Poland's infrastructure.   A big thank you to our dedicated team and partners and Siemens Energy for their hard work and trust in us.
