    Today's People Story comes from Pedro Leão Santos, Group Product Manager Search & Discovery Domain “Do you know that on average a person takes 7 minutes to fall asleep? and that the Eiffel Tower can be 15 cm taller during the summer? Now that I have your attention, my name is Pedro, I'm Group Product Manager at AUTODOC and I'm from Porto, Portugal. I've done a bit of everything (Telco, E-commerce, Fashion, Integrations, Internal Tools, Platform, eSign, Android, iOS, websites, etc). I'm also a public speaker and a mentor for university students and other Product Managers. I'm a geek who kickstarted the original Pebble watch…) At AUTODOC I’m honored to have contributed to build and lead Search & Discovery Domain, a team with +40 people that is focused on the consideration phase of the e-commerce journey. Our mission is to empower every customer with a frictionless and personalized product discovery journey, driven by expert insights and unmatched vehicle compatibility, ensuring they always find the right solutions. Our amazing team has all the skills and roles needed for understanding the user journey, the main user pain points and opportunities and delivering an end-to-end solution, including research, design, development and go to market, on all touchpoints and platforms like web, Android and iOS. We work on areas like Vehicle identification, Search, Catalog, PLP, Filters, PDP and Recommendations and we work with technologies like Elastic, AI, ML and many others. I would say the main challenge I face as a Domain Leader is to remotely coordinate such a big team with many simultaneous projects (~30 projects), nationalities and cultures in a continuously changing and challenging competitive and organizational landscape. Besides work I love listening to music (I’m now into Japanese City Pop…), doing sports (running, football, skydiving…), I’m also a proud cat owner and even prouder father! Located strategically in Belgium, it allows us to enhance our service for key markets—France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and parts of Germany—ensuring even faster delivery and improved efficiency for our customers. 💡 What makes BE15 special? ✅ State-of-the-art logistics – A three-story mezzanine and an intelligent sorting system enable us to process up to 14,000 orders per day in the initial phase. ✅ Faster shipping – Next-day delivery is now possible for France and the Benelux region. ✅ Scalable operations – With extended working hours and automation, we can further increase throughput as demand grows. ✅ Stronger B2B focus – Supporting our expansion into the business customer segment.     Today People Story share Dmitry K., Group Product Manager, Account and Post-purchase Domain “ My journey at AUTODOC has been a crazy ride 🚀 ! Over the past four years, I’ve gone from business analyst to leading teams and driving product transformations. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that change is inevitable— so why not embrace it, make the most of it, or create it yourself? I started as a business analyst, bringing structure to products, improving communication, and ensuring clarity and transparency. That’s when I really got hooked on data and how it can drive better decisions. But things at AUTODOC move fasе⚡ I took on the challenge of leading a team of business analysts and jumped into a company-wide transformation as part of the Project management office. For a while, my world revolved around Business Analysis, Body of Knowledge(BABOK), Scaled Agile framework (SAFe), and agile frameworks, and it felt like we were cracking the code to efficiency! But the biggest adventure? Building a new Product Domain from scratch. In just one year, we scaled it up to four product teams and six products running in parallel. It was chaotic, exciting, and honestly felt like building a spaceship while flying it 🚀 . But with a data-driven approach and an amazing team, we made it happen. If you ask my colleagues, they’d probably say my superpower is getting things done—no matter the obstacles, I push through to make sure we deliver. (Even if it means wrapping up something important late on a Friday night 😅) I’m always learning and growing — whether it’s product management, finance, or business analysis. And yes, I like to finish every course with a certification — Product Leader, CBAP, Finance… you name it! To balance it all out, I turn to sports. Lately, I’ve gotten back into cycling and am currently training to ride my first 100 km. 🚴♂️ ” #People_Story
