🇺🇦 As international support dwindles, Aid Pioneers doubles down on its work in Ukraine. We are proud to share that in the past 10 days, together with our international supporters, we have been able to deliver medical supplies worth $1.9M to our Ukrainian partners. 💪🏽 Thanks to your support and our partnerships with the likes of Project C.U.R.E., Flexport, AICM & Else Kröner-Fresenius-Stiftung, we were able to send another five 40-ft containers to Ukraine, collectively comprising over 640,000 essential items. 🇺🇦📦 🩺 The medical aid ranges from IV-equipment to anaesthesia supplies, ambu-bags, and more – crucial resources that enable Ukrainian doctors to save lives amid the recently intensified attacks on civilian infrastructure. The items will be distributed to a network of 130+ hospitals, with the majority of the goods being sent to health care facilities in places like Poltava and Kramatorsk in the country’s East. 📦 Since the beginning of the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Aid Pioneers, in close collaboration with its Ukrainian and international partners, has been able to deliver a total of 28 shipments with medical goods worth $10.7M. 🇺🇦🇪🇺🇺🇸 We are especially proud that the international nature of these partnerships – Ukrainian, European and American partners working hand-in-hand – represents a strong antidote to the questioning of the transatlantic support to Ukraine. 🤝🏼 🚨 But we are not done yet! 3 Years of war in #Ukraine - how Aid Pioneers has supported As we enter the fourth year of Russia’s full scale invasion of Ukraine, millions of Ukrainians remain caught in the reality of war - families displaced, homes destroyed, and loved ones never coming back. More than 12,000 civilians, including 600 children, have been killed. Hundreds of hospitals have been attacked and 50% of Ukraine’s energy production capabilities have been destroyed - the equivalent to Portugal’s annual electricity production. And while global leaders debate Ukraine’s future without its people at the table, Ukrainians continue to fight, not just for survival, but for freedom. For Aid Pioneers, though, this war has been a powerful reminder of human resilience. We have been privileged to witness this by working with organisations such as FRIDA, United Help Ukraine, BGV Charity Fund, CMA, UNBROKEN Ukraine, Heart for Children of Ukraine, MAP, MedWish International or AIMC to enable them to save lives every day. From the very first days of the war, we knew we had to act to support Ukraine’s civil society - and so we did. At first, this meant moving fast, teaming up with sennder, Forto, Hive and DB Schenker to send 450 tons of supplies from the likes of SIRPLUS, vly and HelloFresh to our Ukrainian partners - from food to medical supplies and even body bags. Through our Ukrainian partners, we learned that there was an immense gap in medical resources. What began as a broad effort soon became a focused mission: to equip healthcare facilities with the supplies needed to save lives. This commitment led us to fortunately form our two main partnerships with Flexport and Project C.U.R.E., together with whom we have now sent 23 shipments to Ukraine since December 2022. To make this possible, we have turned every opportunity into a chance to raise funds: running marathons, hosting art exhibitions, even taking on a Half Ironman. But the real impact comes from collaboration. By joining forces with organisations like Vitsche, #WeAreAllUkrainians, STELP e. V., Else Kröner-Fresenius-Stiftung, NAK, Athletes For Ukraine e.V. we collectively raised more than $440.000. With these partnerships, we supplied a network of 135 health care facilities with medical supplies worth $8.757.491, i.e. multiplying every donation by a factor of 19,9. In 2025, we will continue to stand with Ukraine, forging partnerships with like minded organisations to show that collective action can defy even the toughest odds - an ability that may be more crucial than ever as the war enters its fourth year. ___ Take a look back at moments that shaped our response in Ukraine.

Big news from Lebanon! 🌞 🇱🇧 In the face of a prolonged energy crisis and strained resources in Lebanon, we’ve reached a pivotal achievement: the completion of our most ambitious solar system to date. Built in collaboration with Enpal, this project is more than infrastructure - it’s transforming lives. Operating in the Bekaa Valley, Multi-Aid Programs (MAPs) clinics are a lifeline for vulnerable communities, serving displaced Syrians and underserved locals alike. With grid electricity limited to just two hours a day, they relied on diesel generators - an expensive and environmentally taxing solution. With the support of Enpal and Apotheker ohne Grenzen Deutschland e.V. | Pharmacists without borders Germany, we’ve brought our largest solar installment to the forefront, resulting in: - $3,000+ in monthly savings - 7,200 additional treatments annually - 52 tons of CO₂ emissions reduced every year “This solar installation is more than just a project - it’s a lifeline for our clinics and the communities we serve," says Mohammad Meibar, who manages two MAPs clinics now powered by solar energy. "Every dollar saved means more lives we can touch, more patients we can heal, and more hope we can offer."
