Hi everyone, I am Amni Afandi! I am a presales associate at Orange Business Malaysia! My journey at Orange Business has been a rewarding experience! Starting in a position that allowed me to learn and grow, I’ve been fortunate to take on roles that have expanded my skills. Orange Business has been a significant support in my growth by offering valuable resources, training and opportunities for internal mobility. Looking ahead, I see myself stepping into a more strategic role, working on impactful projects and continuing to develop within the company. One of the most fulfilling parts of this journey has been collaborating with such a talented and diverse team. I find constant inspiration in them and it’s rewarding to see how our efforts positively impact clients and contribute to the overall success of Orange Business. I’m grateful for the unwavering support I’ve received from the APAC team – especially my manager, Ching Ching Tang, my mentor, Zati Ishak and my team at NDC. Each of whom has greatly influenced my development. From the very beginning, their guidance and approach to challenges have shaped how I navigate my career. If I could speak to my younger self, I would encourage her to never be afraid to take risks or to make mistakes. At my core, I believe in continuous learning and pushing beyond comfort zones. Both experiences are essential to personal and professional growth.
