🚨 Orange Business is #hiring a Senior Servicenow Solution Architect (M/F) in Cairo, Egypt 🕵️📍 Your missions: 💡 Lead the architectural design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM and PPM solutions. 💡 Design and optimize the Service Portfolio Management (SPM) processes to ensure alignment with business needs. 💡 Architect and implement the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module to support internal project management processes. 💡 Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows to align with internal business processes and requirements. You have: ✅ Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, proficient in configuring and implementing ServiceNow modules, hands-on experience with integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools. ✅ Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and other project management methodologies, ServiceNow certification is a plus. ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, leadership and mentoring experience.
