Meet Max Ciccotosto, our Chief Product Officer 👋🏾 His first 'non-professional' job was working as a waiter at his uncle’s pizzeria as a high school freshman…. He worked his way “up the waiter ladder” and ended up working in some very nice restaurants! 🍕 His first 'professional' tech job was at Microsoft, where he was a PM in Exchange Server. 🖥️ He's inspired by human excellence - whether it's eating out in a Michelin-starred restaurant, watching Chef's Table on Netflix, watching a documentary, or reading a book about a great company. 📚 If he could go back in time, he'd tell himself to focus on: the “keep doing” or “do again” (to execute and deliver relentlessly). 🏃🏽 He wishes he improved his communication style faster. In particular executive communication and cross-team communication. 💬 He plays tennis all year and skis in the winter. He finds both to be great exercise as well as meditative. 🎾 He likes to cook, but with his kids, it's tricky to find the time to focus on it! 🥘
