Seven years ago, Kevin, Global Head of Prime Brokerage, helped launch Futures in Finance, a volunteer-led program introducing KIPP Foundation students in the Bronx to careers in financial services. 📚🙌 This program shows students that a career in this industry is within reach, providing them with insights and encouragement. Each year students learn what a career in financial services entails and build relationships with our employees. We’re proud to share that our first full-time graduate from the program will be joining us this August! Last week, we were proud to take part in the Partnership for New York City ’s Career Discovery Week, a citywide initiative with New York City Public Schools to bring high school students into vibrant and important workplaces for exciting hands-on career explorations. David Wildermuth, President of UBS Americas Holdings and Michael Camacho, Head of Global Wealth Management, US, addressed students from The Academy of Finance and Enterprise High School located in Queens, New York during a day filled with career workshops, networking and learning.
