XR Surgery Training As part of the XR Bootcamp Prototyping Phase, I’m excited to share a prototype I’ve developed that pushes the boundaries of immersive learning in healthcare! Using the Quest 3 mixed reality headset and the Logitech MX Ink VR stylus pen, I created a realistic surgery training experience, where the stylus acts as a scalpel to simulate cutting into skin. This project brings one of my long-time ideas to life — blending precision tools with immersive technology to create a safe, realistic, and engaging environment for medical training. Big thanks to the XR Bootcamp and XRB community Laura Murinova , Ferhan Özkan , Rahel Demant , Lucas Martinic , Ray Ng Jun Hui , Kathleen P. for the incredible motivation and unwavering inspiration, pushing me to transform abstract ideas into tangible, impactful actions!
