We kicked off the year with a bang! The Hercules Coaching Global Team dived straight into action with a dynamic three-hour planning session. Fueled by ideas and determination, we mapped out our key deliverables for the first half of the year- and trust us there is a lot to look forward to! Here is a sneak peak at what’s on the horizon for Q1: ☑️ How do you create a team culture that drives performance and collaboration at the highest level? Our Culture of Inclusion workshops for one of our global US headquartered clients start in January. ☑️ How do you support and encourage Allyship in your organization? Starting last year with a pilot, our Train-the-Trainer program goes live globally in the US, Canada, South America, South Africa and India in February. ☑️ How do you ensure your talent pipeline is ready, engaged, and motivated for their next step in their career? Our second cohort for Swiss Re’s Continental Europe Leadership Development Program will go live in March. ☑️ How do you ensure your leaders excel in the art of public speaking? Our Communicate With Influence and Impact programs for Glencore kick off in April. 2024: A Year of Growth, Impact, and Collaboration As 2024 comes to a close, we want to pause and reflect on all that we have achieved together. This year was one of expansion- focused on scaling our global impact while staying deeply connected to the people and organisations we partner with. One of our biggest milestones was the creation of a Global Program function and Project Management team, designed to help us intentionally scale and deliver impactful results for more than 19 organisations in 12 countries. Together with our global team of more than 30 skilled facilitators and coaches, we delivered tailored programs to help our partners: ✔️ Drive organizational change and transformation. ✔️ Grow inclusive teams and cultures. ✔️ Build high performing teams and practices. ✔️ Enable teams to deal with difficult conversations and navigate conflict. ✔️ Reinforce Allyship as a way to unlock untapped potential. ✔️ Coach Executive leaders to increase their accountability and set the tone from the top. ✔️ Set the scene for future talent strategies to embrace AI and Emotional Intelligence. Expansion also meant refining how we continuously measure the impact we create. By enhancing our metrics, we tracked meaningful outcomes like impact, skill-level, confidence-level to apply new skills, contextual relevance, and sustainability of results. The real takeaway? Expansion isn’t just about numbers. It’s about finding better ways to connect, listen, and respond to the needs of our partners. Every milestone this year was a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion of the Hercules team. As we look ahead to 2025, we are proud of what we built and we are ready for more!
