🏆 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆: 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗹-𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 Ovivo successfully delivered a fully containerized FilterBoxx™ wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 300 GPM to a coal-fired power plant. The FilterBoxx™ system was designed to meet the plant's specific water treatment needs. 🌊💧 Our solution incorporated 5-micron and 1-micron filtration to optimize TSS removal and extend the life of cartridge filters. Activated carbon beds effectively managed organics and algae in the cooling pond, maintaining the system's efficiency. In addition, single-use ion exchange resins were used to target the removal of hexavalent chromium (Cr₆⁺) and molybdenum ions, eliminating the need for handling regeneration chemicals or disposing of spent solutions on-site. Ovivo is excited to announce the successfully shipment of a customized water treatment solution for a client in the Midwest! 🚚 A customer in the printing industry just received an Alar® Flex-O-Star® 200 and 250-gallon equalization tank with epoxy-coated carbon steel construction and FRP tanks. This system is a powerful combination of advanced technology and sustainable practices, designed to treat 200 gallons per day of ink wash water. By using Alar® F201 and 2540 polymer, the customer can separate metals and filter out total suspended solids (TSS) to less than 1 micron, ensuring that the water is clean and safe for reuse or disposal.
