VEI specializes in the remediation of soil, bedrock, groundwater and soil vapours for various contaminants including chlorinated solvents, petroleum hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, heavy metals, and nutrients. We have implemented projects across Canada, as well as Internationally, and our mobile (portable) ECAs allow us to treat contaminated sites across Ontario using a wide variety of in-situ and ex-situ means starting in as little as ten days. Our services also include soil vapour and water treatment systems, building vapour intrusion mitigation measures, construction dewatering and High-Resolution Site Characterization services to delineate contamination in-situ. For unusual sites or contaminants we can also complete bench-scale testing in our in-house laboratory to identify the best approach to proceeding. We pride ourselves in being able to provide our clients with science- and engineered-based solutions for challenging sites.
