Wow what a privilege it was to introduce some wonderful young people to golf for the first time with BEYOND HOOPS AFRICA Founder James Kamau. Today is #WorldHealthDay and playing golf provides incredible wellness benefits. The numbers don’t lie: walking the course yesterday at University Golf Club in #Vancouver tripled my average daily step count. Plus I’m hanging out with great people who provide a fun, social connection that helps improve my mental health.
