Techopia Live was on location for the special International Women's Day 2025 edition of TechTuesday, hosted by Wesley Clover International in collaboration with L-SPARK Startup Accelerator 🇨🇦, Capital Angel Network, and SheBoot. The monthly event celebrated women in technology as founders and angel investors, featuring startup pitches and a panel discussion. Four startups, Atorvia Health Technologies, I.Liv Performance Inc. , Quip Medical, and Sonaro, pitched their innovative solutions to a panel of investors and advisors, including Elza Seregelyi (L-SPARK Startup Accelerator 🇨🇦), Suzanne Grant, CD (Capital Angel Network), and Dr Lindy Ledohowski 🇺🇦🇨🇦 (RBCx). The audience voted for their fan favorite, and the best pitch received a $10,000 cash prize. Veronica Farmer of Wesley Clover International moderated a panel featuring angel investors Megan Paterson (COO, Kinaxis), Coreen Bouchard (Founder, PureLogic IT Solutions), and Seema Aurora (Tech Angel Investor & Founder, TAG HR), who shared their experiences and insights. Here are some of the moments that made this year unforgettable: 🚀 We brought Vaso3D closer to becoming a life-changing technology, showcasing it to the world for the first time at the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA)—the largest radiology conference—where we connected with countless innovators and changemakers. 🤝 We forged incredible partnerships with healthcare leaders and cutting-edge institutions who share our passion for improving patient outcomes. These collaborations are laying the foundation for what’s to come in 2025. 🏆 We celebrated pivotal achievements, including winning the top investment prize at SheBoot and joining prestigious programs like CDL-Seattle for Computational Health and the Mayo Clinic Innovation Exchange Program. 💡 We prepared for critical regulatory steps, with a presubmission meeting with the FDA scheduled for early January 2025, a key milestone on our path to market. 👥 We expanded our amazing team, welcoming Yehor Sanko, whose creativity and expertise have transformed our user interface and website.
