🌟Employee Spotlight🌟 Sharmada Shetty has dedicated eighteen years to the shipping industry, joining Seaspan in November of 2006 as an Administration Assistant in our Mumbai office. Initially, the excitement of crew management and successful crew changes brought a sense of accomplishment. Over time, Ms. Shetty's emotional investment grew, recognizing the importance of each seafarer's family and the gratitude received from crew members. As the industry evolved and Seaspan grew, she adapted to new challenges, regulations, and technologies. Resilience and problem-solving skills were honed, enabling her to remain composed in chaotic situations and find solutions when faced with challenges. In 2010, she was promoted to Assistant Personnel Officer and, soon after, advanced to her current role as Personnel Officer on the Crew Management team. Reflecting on her Seaspan career, Ms. Shetty’s journey has been one of growth, building relationships through trust, and positively impacting the lives of her colleagues at sea and onshore. #Seaspan25 #AnniversaryCelebration #MaritimeExcellence

🌟Employee Spotlight🌟 Trevan Rose, Seaspan’s Senior Director of Commercial Operations, has dedicated 30 years to the company as of July 2025. He started with Seaspan in its early startup days, negotiating key contracts with Cosco and training the Commercial Management team from 1998 to 2018. Since 2001, Trevan has overseen all commercial management, leading a team that manages operations for the entire SSW fleet. He has maintained a 20-year customer relationship with Cosco, always seeking solutions and improving strategic relationships. #Seaspan25 #AnniversaryCelebration #MaritimeExcellence
