Our President and CEO, Scott Burrows, took home the Alberta Chamber of Resources’ Resource Leader of the Year award last night. In his acceptance speech, Scott spoke passionately about Canada’s opportunity to lead on the world stage, advocating for a future where innovation and sustainability go hand in hand. He reflected on our exciting partnership with the Haisla Nation on the Cedar LNG project, as a powerful example of how Indigenous communities, the energy sector, and governments can collaborate to bring transformative projects to life, projects that will deliver much-needed Canadian energy to the world. Congratulations, Scott, on this well-deserved recognition! #PembinaPipeline #ACR #AlbertaChamberofResources #Alberta #Energy

Today I joined 13 of my industry peers in an open letter to the Federal leaders of Canada. In the face of global uncertainty, Pembina firmly believes our industry is uniquely positioned to shape Canada’s future and strengthen our sovereignty. This means expanding access to global markets for our energy products, enhancing energy security, supporting the transition to a cleaner energy future, and creating prosperity at every stage of the journey. To do this, we need to work together with government to remove barriers and uncertainty so that the energy industry can drive economic growth and stability for Canada. https://lnkd.in/gikbFMrM

Through our partnership with the Haisla Nation on Cedar LNG – the world’s first Indigenous majority-owned LNG facility – we are redefining how Indigenous communities and the energy industry can work together to bring Canadian energy to the world. Canada has an incredible opportunity to lead by example while strengthening our economic sovereignty, and Pembina is honoured to be at the forefront. We’re showing the world that energy development and sustainability can go hand in hand, and that as we push the boundaries of innovation, we’re doing so with a deep sense of responsibility. We believe there are many more opportunities like Cedar LNG that can follow our lead, but regulatory and policy change is needed to ensure other projects can become a reality. https://lnkd.in/egqNJpSb #PembinaPipeline

Today, we had the privilege of hosting B.C. Premier David Eby, his team, and local media at our Vancouver Wharves Marine Terminal, located in the heart of the Port of Vancouver. Our terminal plays a critical role in Canada’s trade gateway - serving the mining, energy, and agricultural resource sectors - and handles over four million tonnes of dry bulk cargo and more than six million barrels of liquids each year. We are proud to showcase our world-class operations. A huge thank you to our amazing team at Vancouver Wharves for making this tour a true success. Your dedication, expertise, and commitment to safety helped us deliver an outstanding experience for everyone involved. #Pembinapipeline #VancouverWharves #Trade #Energy #Safety
