Last month we partnered with the Zero Emissions Innovation Centre through ZEBx to present Sen̓áḵw as a case study for regenerative communities. Sen̓áḵw will be the largest Indigenous economic development project in Canadian history and one of the largest net-zero carbon (operational) residential communities in Canada. Offering a new paradigm of urban development as a sustainable legacy, Sen̓áḵw meaningfully integrates Squamish culture and values into the architectural design.
