Nas ultimas semanas, realizamos o primeiro teste do KINESIX•XR em paciente com Acidente Vascular Cerebral no Hospital Moinhos de Vento. A equipe de fisioterapia já havia sido apresentada e treinada sobre o software de realidade virtual e foi um prazer e um sucesso estar do lado dos fisioterapeutas Rogério e Matheus para realizarmos a testagem. Durante a sessão, realizamos avaliação de alcance e amplitude de movimento no braço sadio em todos os planos. Após, realizamos uma série de exercícios que simulam o movimento de empurrar bem como os movimentos de pega e preensão. Foi realizado também, exercícios de deslocamento de objetos com o braço hemiplégico de forma passiva (os terapeutas realizavam o movimento), mas solicitavam ao paciente o máximo de estimulo visual, tátil e auditivo para que pudesse imaginar e ajudar o membro a realizar o movimento. Para finalizar, escolhemos o exercício de Terapia Virtual do Espelho, onde o braço sadio realizava movimentos e o mesmo movimento se reproduz no braço contrário de forma virtual. *O paciente autorizou e assinou o termo para uso de imagem e divulgação em redes sociais* Over the last few weeks, we carried out the first test of KINESIX•XR on a stroke patient at Hospital Moinhos de Vento. The physiotherapy team had already been introduced to and trained on the virtual reality software and it was a pleasure and a success to be alongside physiotherapists Rogério and Matheus to carry out the test. During the session, we assessed the range of motion of the healthy arm in all planes. Afterwards, we carried out a series of exercises simulating pushing movements as well as gripping and holding movements. We also performed object displacement exercises with the hemiplegic arm in a passive way (the therapists performed the movement), but asked the patient for maximum visual, tactile and auditory stimulation so that they could imagine and help the limb perform the movement. Finally, we chose the Virtual Mirror Therapy exercise, where the healthy arm performs movements and the same movement is reproduced in the opposite arm in a virtual way. *The patient authorized and signed the term for use of image and disclosure on social networks. #virtualreality #rehab #kinesix #physiotherapy
